Inleiding<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoe kunnen we Brussel meer rechtvaardig en solidair maken? Dat is de missie die Fabruka drijft. In nauwe samenwerking met organisaties op het terrein en burgercollectieven identificeren we sociale uitdagingen van Brusselaars waar nu nog geen antwoord op bestaat. Samen bedenken we concrete oplossingen en cre\u00ebren we breed gedragen projecten met impact. Onze aanpak: We stimuleren de participatieve ontwikkeling van innovatieve initiatieven \u2014 of het nu gaat om nieuwe producten, diensten of processen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ons doel: Een impactvol idee transformeren tot een sociale onderneming \u2014 in de vorm van een co\u00f6peratie of een vzw.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fabruka is een collectief project dat wordt gedragen door zes partners in de sociale economie in Brussel: <\/span><b>SAW-B ASBL, COOPCITY, EVA bxl, Crebis, Cr\u00e9dal en Financit\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De website wordt beheerd door <\/span><b>SAW-B ASBL<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, die verantwoordelijk is voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens in het kader van het Fabruka-project.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>2. Gebruiksvoorwaarden<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alle inhoud van de site (teksten, afbeeldingen, logo\u2019s, video\u2019s, enz.) is beschermd door intellectuele eigendomsrechten.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het is verboden deze inhoud zonder toestemming te reproduceren, verspreiden of te gebruiken.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De informatie is algemeen en vormt geen persoonlijk advies. SAW-B ASBL kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor schade door gebruik van de site of de informatie daarop.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De site kan links bevatten naar externe websites; Fabruka en haar partners zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud daarvan.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De site valt onder Belgisch recht. Uw persoonsgegevens worden uitsluitend verzameld om samenwerking en communicatie binnen het Fabruka-project te faciliteren.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conform de AVG en de Belgische wetgeving heeft u volledige rechten met betrekking tot uw gegevens.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>b) Verzamelde gegevens<\/b><\/h3><p><b>1.
